FEATURED ARTIST- CAIGER CONTEMPORARY

I am very excited to have been selected as current Featured Artist at Caiger Contemporary. Caiger Contemporary are an art gallery based in London, passionate about making art available for everyone. They don't have a permanent space and represent their artists online, at pop up exhibitions and art fairs. 

They are fascinated by how artists use texture and layering to create their artworks. All their artists use these techniques either in their approach to their work or in the finished product to create both 2D and 3D works. NEW WORK- Featured Artist at londonprintstudio

Troop Creation Chant is a new body of work on display for July at londonprintstudio.

In Hinduism the sound Aum is said to be the first sound, from which the entire universe has arisen. It is considered to be the sound that holds all atoms together and from which everything exists. A troop of vervet monkeys have become symbolic of my roots, family and friends and also of human dynamics and relations. Together they sing Aum. We are all connected, and can create and shape our own existence and environment, through our connections and behaviors with each other.

The work will be up until the 1 August, so pop in and have a look!

Wacky Market on Saturday!

The WACKYMARKET opens his curtains on the vibrant community of Hackney wick with a mesmerizing selection of the most eclectics designers, artists and musicians.

          

A monthly curated market, offering to creative independents, a free SPACE to sell their wares, and promote their business. 

You will find , costumes, accessories, illustrations, drawings, paintings, vintage clothes vinyls, headdress, hats, and much more!

All blended with performances and a good LIVE music.

Valentina Biga and I will be there on Saturday with our original prints and with mini mono fine art badges. Come and say hi and have a fab day out this weekend.

Saturday Prints

On Day 2 of Intro to Screen Printing, the group focussed on making their own two colour image using a photo-emulsion stencil.
